This week for me, is about staying on track and doing something every day intentionally to get myself towards a goal or standard I've adopted. No fat burners here, my list contains:

Mine is up....I messed up again. The #6 entry should be deleted. I don't know how to do that or I would. I copied your blog into my url instead of mine. LOL. Crazy I know. Great list. I hope I can do my list.
