This week's Heads or Tails is being guess hosted by Tidbits of the Tippets blog. This week's theme is about 'any part of or place in a house.' I choose flooring. Although I rent my apartment, I have made some small improvements here or there. I mean, I am the one living there after all! Unfortunately, flooring is no small task.
Of course all the floors in my house need to be cleaned (definitely falls under things I can do, just when I'm supposed to have time for that, I'll never know!)...but even when I first moved into the apartment about 3 years ago, the kitchen floor was in need of replacing. They used those square peel and stick linoleum style tiles that are now very worn, scratched and discolored. I'd really love for them to install a new tile floor. Maybe some nice travertine? Anyway, one of these days I will buy a house and I can choose any style flooring I want! :)

BEEEEEP. My message is I liked your take on this week's theme! I think travertine would be gorgeous! I love it! Thanks so much for stopping by! :)
Yes, I agree, the tile would be nice! I would like that in my kitchen too!
Hope you can stop by my post -- about growing up in a Victorian House!
That's right! You can have any flooring, carpet, paint, or style you want. :)
Happy Tuesday!
Becca -- just answering your question about word linking -- did you mean on Blogger Accounts? I answered in my blog about commenting on Terapad and Blogger, but if you meant blogger, then here is my response:
Now if you are talking about live links in Blogger comments --
You need to use this code (remove the **stars**):
<*a href="URL"*>Title of the URL<*/a*> Then it should be a live link.
I used the bold <*b*> and italics <*i*> tags above.
One would think I know this information by now...but I somehow don't! When you bold and then end bold, you have to change do the slash to end it, right?
Let's see if I am getting it right, click here> to go to my home page.
I was close! Some how I got an extra '>' in there, but hey, not bad for my first time, eh!? :)
Speaking on floors...I need to clean mine, too.
Crud.
I hope you get your own home, complete with new flooring, someday.
We ripped up the carpet in this house and discovered some hardwood floors in a few of the rooms! I LOVE hardwood floors, so I was very excited and happy!
I remember those awful tiles. I even installed some back in the days. Glad I don't have to take them up!
