To settle? Or to try?

I just wanted to share a blog post I wrote over on my Church's Blog, Valley Views. It's called To settle? Or to try? The Mother's Day sermon at church was interactive this week. At some point our pastor tried to convince us that there are some things we ladies are just going to have to accept because they 'can't help it!' Of course, I raised my hand and suggested that while women do understand that certain traits don't come 'naturally' to men, we would be made happier at any attempts to simply TRY!

Of course, I was quickly applauded. Hey, I just say what other people are thinking!
