We are all too familiar with captchas. I use the blogspot captcha setting on the comments here, myself. They certainly aren't our best friends, but we understand the need for them and rightfully appreciate the idea behind them. That being said, having a captcha that is not even a real word sometimes, with a thick black line through wavy and fuzzy black lettering of the same thickness, sometimes hyphenated words and now I've seen number sequences including a hyphen and a parentheses at the end!?!?!?!?!?

Do you agree the current captcha settings need to be changed? If so, please join me here with a comment to PPP. They need to hear us that the current captcha service really needs to be more user friendly. We are the users, and we all say: MAKE SOME CHANGES!

I feel very strongly about this, and plan to notify PPP of the results from this post. So please be specific to what you would like to see changed or if you have suggestions for making it better. Thank you!
Count me in.
Even when I'm in a no pressure situation with the PPP captchas (like a $5 opp that no one wants - LOL), I have to sit and stare at that thing to figure it out. Even when I take my time, sometimes I have to guess and I'm wrong.
I usually have no problem with the captchas here in Blogger. They should be more like that.
I had the same thing happen to me last Tuesday with a $50 opp. First of all, I'm positive that everyone is sitting there clicking refresh like I am and it slows the server down.. but then to have to deal with typing that little string of words in, well, I personally hate it. I love PPP and have made money that has kept our family afloat. So last Tuesday when I saw that opportunity smiling at me, I got excited, clicked the link and there it was..UGH! The captcha! I had to type in words that I could barely see while buzzing on adrenaline. And then, it was gone.. stolen by someone much like myself... Refresh, refresh, refresh.... Bless my heart.
the EXACT same thing happened to me on the exact same opp!!! the dreaded hour glass thinking...
smiles, bee
