This is a photo of me at Stonehenge on Monday September 17, 2007. We had a reservation to go to the inner circle with the stones before the park opened for the day. It was cold and I had on flip flops. LOL It was very interesting and alot of fun! This is the beginning of the next episode of my trip story. More to come....
It's a very interesting place. So many people say it is magical and blah, I just thought it was some really cool rocks in a field. LOL I had no magical epiphanies to bring home from that visit. It is cool...but not like I thought it was going to be. I'm very happy to have gotten such an opportunity to go and see it up close. Most visitors only get to walk the path that goes by it. We actually got to go over the chain fencing and get up to the rocks themselves. So it was very cool!
